Assistant Manager opportunity at 200 Degrees Coffee

At 200 Degrees, we pride ourselves on building tight-knit teams that are passionate about serving great coffee to our customers.  We’re now looking for our next Assistant Manager to support with leading one of these teams.

As an Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager with the running of your coffee shop.  You’ll support the team to deliver fantastic quality coffee and food whilst being a role model for outstanding service and standards.

To be successful you will:

  • Have experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a busy customer-facing environment.
  • Care about people – you’ll be supporting a team of baristas with their welfare and development.
  • Have a good eye for excellent standards.
  • Be a role model for providing excellent customer service.
  • Be passionate about the 200 Degrees brand.

200 Degrees is more than just a coffee shop – we roast over 300 tonnes of coffee a year in our state-of-the-art roast house in Nottingham which we send not only to our shops but also to our customers online and our 600+ wholesale customers from small independent cafes to university campuses and corporate offices.  We also support the development of coffee education through our barista training schools.
